But I do not believe that only women with XX chromosomes are female, and I never stated that.

My own daughter has a DSD and does not have XX chromosomes. She is still female, not some random in-between thing. It’s horrible when people like you use those with DSDs to try to advance gender ideology. It’s cruel and othering to people like my daughter and manipulative: not to mention simply false.

All people with DSDs are male or female. Full stop. It’s based on whether their body is most geared to producing sperm or egg. I’ve written a story on it if you want to learn something.
